After hitting the car, the truck continued traveling southbound on the northbound lanes where it crashed into the Filipino family’s mini-van.

The driver of the pickup truck and his companion were rushed to a hospital and were released after treatment. Likewise, the driver of the car that was first hit by the truck was released from the hospital after treatment.
A GoFundMe page was set up for Mary Rose by a family friend.
“It is unknown at this time the amount of support this mother will need and we did not intend to set a limited goal. However, any assistance of any kind is greatly appreciated at this difficult time,” the page read.
